Iceland is a funny place.
It's also filled with funny people.
Most locals we met were very friendly and usually had a good joke or two.
Josh wanted milk.
He got milk.
I think.
Odd taxidermy.
I had a little sore throat, so I'm sure Jordbaer Sukkerfri would help me out, right?
Remember that time Josh made a Cats of the World album?
Well, we managed to find a darn cat in Iceland.
I was near tears.
My favorite picture, hands down.
American things in Icelandic make me laugh.
I guess "ranch" in Icelandic is "American"?
mmmmmm I love salty salt.
I found it entertaining that this was written in English.
Not necessarily directed at the locals.
Oh, and we got two parking tickets.
Unfortunately we had no idea what for, how much they cost, or how to pay them.
This is just a liiiiiitle bit funny, but hey, better safe than sorry.
How about the cutest darn bike rack in the world?
Educational moment!
Did you know most of Reykjavik's roads are heated?
This particular one was under construction so it was neat to see the tubing underneath that provides heat.
Even though Viking helmets aren't Icelandic, Josh found this hysterical.

I love the Doritos. My husband & I are heading to Iceland in October to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. Reading your blog is making me EXTRA excited.
OMG everything about this post is simply amazing. Great pictures and even better captions. I was in awe the whole time and couldn't stop laughing. Bravo!
Hysterical! I love everything about this post. The milk made laugh. That is, if it really was milk.
Salty Salted Salt eh? I'd seen Cool American chips before and got quite the laugh. This whole post is excellent.
AH still dying to visit. Mainly because my Icelandic friends are incredible and I have to see this place that shaped them. I also appreciate them so much because they love speaking English. The heated roads make total sense, pretty cool!
Hi, Emily! I found your blog through Hannah Margaret, and I just wanted to let you know that I am a big fan. I am pretty sure we have very similar senses of humor, which is exciting. I can't wait to read more because I am your newest follower!
So cultural! And I see Jen has found you ^^
I want to go to Iceland now!
Oh my gosh, Cool American Doritos!! Hahaha these are amazing.
Amazing In India, the best thing to do in Himachal is to do nothing and enjoy the beauty of this place. Gorgeous colorful valleys, cascading waterfalls and green forests in this region are truly a feast to the eyes.
