Our Etsy wedding purchases

Mar 20, 2013

Etsy was absolutely the perfect tool for finding original and unique details for our wedding.
My first and favorite purchase from Etsy was of course my wedding dress!
My dress came from Leanne Marshall's etsy shop Leanimal
(See more about the dress and the designer in my blog post here)
Instead of wearing a veil, I chose to just have a simple comb in my hair.
My hair comb came from the Etsy shop Lonkoosh
It was handcrafted in Israel with unique vintage flowers, pearls, leaves, and cabochons.
Our unique guest book came from the shop Totally Salinda.
They were so sweet and easy to work with!
Their shop provided so many precious options for handmade wooden guest books.
(The wooden pens came from crafts.com I believe)
I wanted a simple, but also antique garter (without much bling or feathers) and the shop The Chica Boutique provided the perfect choices!
. . . and it also helped me to incorporate my "something blue!"
Our flower girl buckets came from the shop Floral Accents, and they are also doubling as decor in our apartment.
I was in love with the birch bark wrapped around the edges!
Since we didn't have a traditional single wedding cake, we really didn't want a traditional wedding cake topper.
We found an awesome custom made topper from the shop Better Off Wed.
They had so many great font and color options, it was really such a challenge to pick just one!

I can only imagine the time you spent browsing Etsy because I spend enough time on there with zero reason, but really made for some great, unique finds!
